Wordpress keeps losing my chosen theme, goes back to default

I upgraded this site to the latest version of Wordpress the other day and changed the theme at the same time.
Now ever day or so my theme seems to revert back to the default Wordpress theme and I am at a loss to see how it is doing this on its own.
